We left our place in Chicxulub on Friday and have spent the last few days traveling to Cancun where we fly out tomorrow.
Merida: El Gran Museo del Mundo Maya:
Mady: El Gran Museo del Mundo Maya is a big museum in Merida that has information about the Maya and the meteorite that killed the dinosaurs.
Cenote Zaci in Valladolid
Mady: We were in Valladolid yesterday and there was a Cenote. There was also a stray dog that was so cute and I just couldn’t leave her. She guarded our bags and guarded our shoes.
Jade: The Cenote had a one-hundred foot drop and it had tons of fish. There were birds living in the caves.
Puerto Morelos:
Jade: Today we went snorkeling in Puerto Morelos. We could see fish and corral and I saw a school of stripped blue/black blue/black fish.
Mady: When I went snorkling I saw big corral reefs. We also saw a Sting Ray! Which is very rare, they usually swim through the water very fast, but this one was in one place eating algae.
And this ends our adventures in Guatemala, Belize and Mexico.
